So often us people are so hard on ourselves. I wonder about this a lot why this is. The truth is that our ego mind is always trying to bring us down and it’s not easy to deal with. I have fought with being hard on myself all my life so I know how hard it can be and it can really take its toll on you. I found out that it’s no use living like this so I am here to help you with this.
What does it mean being hard on yourself? You might be going through these feelings:
- Feeling lost in overwhelm
- Not knowing how to make yourself happy and fulfill your destiny
- Feeling like you are always the one to lose and you don’t ever deserve to win

Today I advise you to start letting go of all the guilt and start living a free life out of pain. It is totally worth it to start caring about yourself and not seeing yourself as the one to blame. Nobody deserves that title and it is too painful to bear. Start taking care of yourself and start seeing yourself as a great human being who deserves to be happy. You are not any worse than anybody else. Carrying somebody’s pain is no use and it is not good for your health. Fight against the ego. See love and light. Start the day with a positive thought. See yourself in a bright light shining. Train your mind to see the good things instead of the bad. Remember that you attract things with your thoughts, so choose them carefully. Learn to love yourself authentically. You deserve it.
