Today I want to remind you of the fact that you need to stay true to yourself and not let people affect you too much. Especially if you are an empath, you need a stronger protection around yourself in order to remain sane and healthy. Us empaths and highly sensitive people are more prone to the abuse of others, and this is key to understanding the whole concept of getting bullied or emotionally abused. You might go through your whole life wondering about what is wrong with you, even though there is nothing wrong with you. You were just a victim to emotional abuse.
I want you to recover from emotional abuse, for good, so I am here to talk about it now. I love you. Here are some tips for you to help you with recovering:
- Learn to understand and really implement the fact that it was not your fault what happened
- Learn to finally cherish and love yourself truly
- Learn to listen to your intuition
- Learn how to protect yourself better and maintain your sanity and peace of mind
- Remember that you are the most important person in your life
Even if you always felt like a loser, remember that you are not one! You are very needed in this world, you have an important message to share with others and you need your own strength and not let anybody use it for their advantage.
