If your life has not been working out well and you feel like there is too much burden on your shoulders, it might be because there is an underlying deep-rooted fear in your subconscious mind. How to recognize and heal this fear? Follow my tips:
- Take time in a day to yourself to think about what is bothering you and what you could do about it
- Read some books on this topic
- Learn how to face your fears as much as possible
- Start talking to yourself in a positive way and release fear and anxiety
- Take time in nature to walk around for example and get some fresh air and peace and calm
- Tell yourself that there is nothing to worry about and that all will be okay
